We originally looked at Sakowitz because of the convenience of the location. When we decided to get our first child’s braces here we were so impressed on how clean and bright the office was. Dr. Sakowitz has a calmness about him which we appreciated. The real magic behind the office is Jacqueline, Leidy and Desiree and the front desk ladies. They understand the hectic and ever changing schedules of parents and kids with work, school and activities and work super hard to roll with the punches of making appts and sometimes having to change them due to ever changing schedules. They are so kind and understand. Also they have a text option for communication and as a busy mom that is beyond amazing to be able to communicate that way. My second daughter we had Sakowitz do the braces as with her and she is about to get them off. Our third kid will be getting braces in the next couple of years. The only negative I would have is the ladies who are putting on the rubber bands are not very warm to the patients. They never introduce themselves to the patients and don’t talk to them at all. I think it would ease the patients jitters if they did. Overall Sakowitz is awesome!

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted like a celebrity! The staff is amazing! The office vibe is happy and full of excitement! The doctor is patient and explains everything in detail! Overall a wonderful experience! I’m so glad we chose this practice for our teen’s braces!

Great Orthodontics in Hamlin area! very professional and high quality service, everyone that I meet always has a smile. Desiree and Jackie are an amazing office staff, plus they speak Spanish. Everyone is welcoming! My daughter is so happy with the treatment. I lost my retainers and Genesis the Treatment Coordinator offered great options, to keep me looking professional and repair my smile, I can’t wait for my new retainers! Thank you :)Iris Stiverson

What a fabulous place! If you’re looking for an Orthodontics, Dr Sakowitz and his staff are consistently providing white glove treatment! Both my sons have been going there since they opened, but today was my first visit as a new patient. Genesis answered all of my concerns very throughly and if I did not understand, she took her time & re-explained the process, ensuring I understood the pros & cons of all treatment plans! Dr Sakowitz is so kind and he really loves his staff! The front support staff & technicians are wonderful to deal with. My neighborhood talks about this location and loves them! I find them to be affordable, easy to work with & accommodating. So, yeah I more than highly recommend them!

Myself and kids are patients of Dr. Sakowitz since 2022 and we just love the service at this office. They are very caring and Desiree always makes sure we are accommodated with our appointments when needing to be charges.

I love the staff and I love how hands on Dr. Sakowitz is. They make you feel welcomed and they are clear and honest about your visit. My first time experience was just awesome.
