Nicole was absolutely amazing! This was my son’s first time getting braces, so naturally, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire process. From the moment Nicole welcomed us with a big smile and such a positive attitude, she made us feel completely at ease. She explained everything that was going to happen step by step, answered all of our questions, and constantly checked to make sure my son was comfortable. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. My son and I both loved her energy and the way she treated us. She made what could have been a stressful first experience feel easy and positive. We truly appreciate Nicole and would absolutely love for her to be the person who takes care of us at our future appointments.
